· Half table spoon baking soda
· Half table spoon vinegar
· Water
· Clean cloths/ sponge
· Spoon
· Bowl
· Absorbent paper towels

Steps that you need to take:

1.   First of all, you need to make a strong cleaning solution which removes these dye stains from wood. To make this solution, you will have to combine the stain lifting powers of baking soda and vinegar. Take half table spoon of baking soda and mix it with half table spoon of vinegar.

2.   Combine both these ingredients in a small bowl and mix them together using a spoon. Take care that you do not excessively dilute them. Their consistency ought to be thick enough so that it doesn’t drip off the spoon.

3.    Apply this mixture onto the hair dye stain and make sure that the stain is carefully and appropriately covered with it.

4.   Allow it to sit on the stain for some time, approximately five minutes so that the cleaning agents can carry out their action effectively.

5.   Now using a clean cloth wipe this mixture off the wooden surface.
