Things you will be required:

·      Baking Soda
·      White vinegar
·      Tooth brush

Steps:

1.   Place 1 table spoon of baking soda in the mug. After that add 1 table spoon of white vinegar and then add a small amount of hot water. You can also add a small amount of salt in the baking soda and vinegar mixture.

2.   Now rub the entire surface of the cup especially the stain area. U can also use a tooth brush so that the scrubbing can be done in a good manner. The baking soda present in the mixture removes the stains and vinegar remove the odour.

3.   After that rinse the mug with hot water and wash it as usual.

Tips and Warnings:

1.   Always wash the coffee cups properly after using them. This will help to prevent stains to develop in future.

2.   Coffee stains that are developed over a long time are sometimes not easily removable and several attempts are required to remove them.
